Our products are made in Utah, USA but our oils are shipped in from around the world so we have the very best products available.

You should expect about 2 to 3 weeks as natural soap doesn’t have any toxic additives to make them last longer. The clean you feel is all natural.

Yes, but this is a natural soap not intended for eyes, if you do get in eyes wash with lots of water.

1. Log in to your account and you will find the status of your order in the "Order History' section on the main page of your account.
2. Once you're in "Order History" click on your order number which will then take you to your Order Details page, here you’ll find your order details
and any available tracking information!
3. We will also notify you via a "Shipping Confirmation Email" once the order has been fulfilled and is on it's way. This will have all of your order information and your Tracking Number. 4. Just click your tracking number and you'll be directed to the carrier showing you expected delivery dates.

  1. Log in to your account and click “My Orders' section on the main page of your account.
  2. Order history will include all orders placed with your account email. If you used any other email when purchasing it will not show up here.
  3. Status orders are as follows: Preparing status, we are currently working on putting your order together and ready for shipping. Shipped status, your order has been shipped and is currently on its way to you.
  4. When every order ships, an email is sent to you with the tracking information.

  3. This brings up a form to enter your account email address. Enter your email address, click submit and a link will be emailed to you to reset your password. If you do not receive a link please check your "Spam" folder

Sometimes your account will not show updated information. You need to manually clear the History on your browser and our servers will sync up to display the right information.

  1. Log in to your  Account Dashboard by signing in.
  2. This page will display your current billing information and shipping details. You can click on the “Edit" buttons next to Payment Details to edit your payment information and Billing Address to edit the associated billing address.
  3. These changes will be saved.

Disclaimer: Payment information is only saved for subscription orders only on secure payment processing servers. Payment details are not saved for single orders.

My Order

We will only guarantee cancellations within 30 minutes of you placing the order. Please contact us ASAP in order to ensure that this can be done.

If you ordered less than 30 minutes ago, please contact us ASAP, We’ll do the best we can! It’s always good to verify your shipping information before completing your transaction.

  • Please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to process for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to your that contains your orders up-to-date location status. You can also find your tracking link on your account page under the “Order History” tab.
  • Please take note that in very rare occasions (like super rare) and/or during exceptionally busy times, we could experience out of stock items which may cause longer delays in order processing times. Additionally, during special promotions and the holiday season some shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher-than-normal order volumes. We apologize for the inconvenience and our STLR team is working 24/7 to get your order to you.
  • You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, if you have not received one, we recommend checking your spam folder! If it's not in your spam folder, then please contact us right away and we will gladly get it for you!
  • Still Need Help? Please contact us.
  • Please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to process for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to your email that contains your order’s up-to-date location status. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab.
  • You can expect your package to arrive in 3-7 business days with ground shipping, for all orders in the United States, depending on your location.
  • For international orders, shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail and can take 15-21 days to arrive.
  • In some cases your package will arrive quicker, In very rare cases it might be delayed. Sometimes the tracking number might not accurately reflect the whereabouts of the package due to improper scanning by shipping carriers.

  • You're excited to get your order and you keep looking at your tracking information and that sucker isn’t moving, no need to worry, if there’s any problem with you order we promise we would have contacted you already.
  • In most cases when this happens it’s because of a delay in the info being updated from the server. Most of the time when a customer has experienced a delay like this, the package is actually in transit to its destination and will be arriving soon!

Payment & Billing

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal and Google Pay for one-time orders.
  • For subscription orders, we accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.
  • We cannot accept Apple Pay at this time. All transactions are SSL-encrypted & PCL-compliant.
  • Yes, we do accept PayPal for orders in USD, please verify that your PayPal account is linked to your debit card, credit card or bank account. We do not accept payment from PayPal balances currently.
  • We submit and process all refunds immediately on our end.
  • Depending on the payment method used, the time that it can take for the amount to be reflected back on your original payment method can vary.
  • If you've purchased directly from our website using your credit card/debit card, Stripe usually submits refunds to our customer’s bank as soon as they process your refund, at which point it can take 5-10 business days to show up in your bank account.
  • If you've used Paypal to complete your purchase, your refund processing time can vary based on the payment method used:
  • If you purchased using a credit card or a debit card through PayPal, it may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement.
  • If you purchased with a bank account, your refund will initially go back to the PayPal balance before being moved back to the account. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear back in your bank account balance.
